Terms and conditions for VIP accounts
- For VIP to work smoothly for CS 1.6, you need CS 1.6 Steam or the non-Steam CS available for download at www.csko.cz.
- Benefits on the website and servers are provided by the operator of csko.cz, who is responsible for their functionality.
- For SMS payment you must have Premium SMS service active, otherwise you will not receive the return SMS with the code. Most people already have this service active. If not, just call your operator and they will enable Premium SMS for free.
- All players may be punished with a kick, ban, or other penalties for breaking the rules. You acknowledge that the rules may change at any time to protect players on csko.cz servers. Rules are shown on each server after typing /menu in chat or on the csko.cz website.
- Servers are continuously updated, so VIP benefits may not always work. In that case it will be fixed as soon as possible. If benefits are non-functional for a longer period (e.g., a week), all VIPs will be extended by the downtime.
- The server operator on csko.cz reserves the right to change the settings of all servers, including VIP benefits. Any server may be shut down or replaced by another mode at any time.
- VIP benefits load when connecting to a server. Sometimes they may not load; usually reconnecting is enough.
- VIP code validity is at least 6 months.
- The time to generate a VIP code is not limited.
- It is forbidden to reserve someone else's nickname. The original owner would then be unable to connect. If you intentionally reserve a nickname that is not yours, you may lose VIP and, for repeated reservations, receive a ban. Nicknames shorter than 4 characters cannot be reserved (unless unique; then they can be reserved manually).
- Report non-functioning VIP via private message on the forum here or by email below.
- Refunds for already used VIP codes are not possible.
- Inability to use VIP on the buyer's side that is not caused by a server error is not grounds for a complaint. If you receive a ban, VIP may be canceled.
- For violating csko.cz portal rules or Czech laws, the operator may cancel VIP and block web accounts.

Privacy statement
The operator's database stores data necessary for user authorization and data required for business purposes:
- login name
- login password
- email address
- IP address
On the buyer's side, cookies are stored for login functionality.
No credit card data is stored in the operator's information system. The operator commits to use stored data only for operating the portal and in business relations with the buyer.
